Encourage them when they are on lots of money and make game changing mistakes.....You encourage what you want mate....if they make bad errors time and time again then they deserve all they get..young or old.

I just dont see the point to be honest, players dont go out and try to f*** up. All it achieves is making a player feel unwelcome and doesn't make them want to play for us (a la Henderson). We aren't in a position to lose talented players because they have made a mistake.

Henderson was a good keeper bar commanding his area which is now a very important part of the game.

Kuipers is superb at commanding the area and gives confidence to his defenders, might not be the better saver of the shot.

My personal favourite in recent times was Ben Roberts but Kuipers is the man at present and Hendo was subject to some OTT abuse.

Agreed with above, it was only a matter of time before Keeley taught him how to command his area. When that happened he was going to be top class.

I never saw a performance from him that I though WOW what a keeper and there have been numerous ones like that with FDM...the argument will run and run and no1 will every agree...I just never saw Hendo as anything other than a very ordinary mistake prone paddy goalie!

Palace away.

However I am glad the Kuipers is back between the sticks, I watched some old footage of us playing Bristol City a few years back last night and he looked awesome.

Kuipers ain't perfect though.

Aren't you forgetting he handed in a transfer request. Some legend.

Shut it you tool. We were watching Kuipers keep our goal to back to back promotions and keep us in the Championship before youd even thought it a good idea to even support Brighton and Hove Albion.

You have no real idea what even happened at this club before last season so are hardly qualified to talk about legends.

I also went up to falmer to watch training and he couldn't be bothered to train as he was looking for tatoes for ma an pa.

This club is very lucky to have someone of the character of MK.

1. His attitude towards the club is always first class and very positive.

2. I think he genuinely loves the club which is a rare thing these days.

3. He is an excellent shot stopper - his efforts in the Championship a couple of seasons ago prior to his injury were epic (and he ain't doing badly now).

4. He breathes confidence into the defence with his vocal authority which is a huge bonus for us.

5. He is human and will make mistakes but he will always learn from them and try and do better..

The guy is BHA thru and thru and will hopefully go down as a true Sussex goalkeeping legend.

Hendo was a useless irsish (riverdance) terry wogan..potato famine prick!

I just hope those two morons who were sat behind me one game and you know who you are.....are reading this...they decided to take it upon themselves to have a go at me because I spotted months ago he was useless!

"Irish international" they screamed at me as I again had a go at that useless idiot for making yet another mistake. They spent the entire second half having little jibes at me....couple of time wasting wan*ers!

Where are you now????

It could well have been me and my mate and i stick by it...anyone who went to a game just to slag players off is a tosspot and deserves to be told so!
