He's on the Hull site as number 30. It could be PTV playing silly beggars as they do the actual changes on the site.

I emailed them about John Piercy appearing twice

The whole Dave Beasant incident shows just how strapped for cash the club is.

This means that Coppell has to wheel and deal which, in turn, means that he has to take risks. It's great having two quality keepers at the club but, in our position, a luxury. I can't see us getting much money for Kuipers unless he is playing 1st team football and delivering the goods week in, week out.

Taylor has to get Hull up this season. Div 3 looks the strongest it's been for a little while, so if he has, say, £100,000 it could be a good bit of business for them.

This is an example of the dilemma facing the chairman - do we want to go up (so keep Kuipers) or want to stay solvent (shift Kuipers)?

whats all this £100k all about? Kuipers is worth more than that surely? 2 Championships, a brief stint in Div 1 at the beginning, £250k more like.....although I'm thinking pre-transfer bad days so maybe £100k is good :nono:

Wasn't the bulk of the 1.5 mill we got for Zamora used to pay Falmer legal bills? We might just be able to use these savings later on either for the ground or another loan player come the business end of the season.

It puzzels me that Taylor has taken the FDM on loan only to put him on the bench. Suggests to me Kuipers is still a bit rasberryed, in which case it makes perfect sense to get another club to pay his wages for a while!

I don't think we can justify having two fairly highly paid keepers just for 1 of them to warm the bench! It makes sense to loan out or sell one off, which,at the moment, looks like FDM!:(

No disrespect to FDM, but I think Roberts is the better keeper. So yes, it does look like FDM will be the one to leave.

How long does Kuipers have left on his contract????

Is it a loan though ,when as someone has already pointed out, he has already disappeared from our squad on the official site?

Other loanees are still there :(

At this moment in time it is still a loan.

as regards the website I reckon that is because PTV manage a "players database" and a player can only be in one club's database at a time.

Our other loanees have gone to non-league clubs and therefore do not need to be in another team's "database" so to speak.

Not confirmed as fact -- just my opinion

I've just had a look at the Reading site and Henderson is missing so you could well be right

was under the impression that FDM is not a favorite of SC, particularly after Norwich in FAC last season. he played knowing he had an injury, didnt tell anyone he was doubtful, in order to collect his crowd bonus. came off injured and out for weeks. strikes me that he is going as soon as SC can get rid, cant blame him after the keeper problems we have had. dont see FDM turning out for the reserves on a wet night in worthing!

The markets collapsed. We got Roberts for nothing, and he's deemed better than Kuipers, so I can't for a moment imagine the Hull board would be prepared to pay more than £100K for an Albion reserve.

but PT did pay 5.5 million for akinibiyi, even in the non-collapsed market, that was stupid
