To be fair their professional status is irrelevant. There's a lot of televised amateur boxing - and very good it is too. (Not saying that this will be)I know who they are and they are no more pro boxers than Dillian Whyte is a professional chef. A few people might have liked seeing him on Masterchef but that doesn't mean I want him to suddenly start cooking my chateaubriand when I'm out with the wife.
It's the boxing equivalent of Soccer Aid only with the charity element replaced by cynical PPV.

Eh? My last line? They have been training every day dedicating themselves to the sport for a long time, they aren’t two random idiots who don’t know how to box, I know a lot actually, I’ve been following this for years and have been a boxing fan all my life. Boxing is a dangerous sport, for any fighter and always will be.
You clearly don’t understand how much this will bring to the sport of boxing. Not really bothered anyway, wait till you see the viewing figures and keep up the ignorance.
How many amateur bouts are pay per view?
On TV? I haven't the faintest idea, this might well be the first for all I know. I don't see what that's got to do with it though, after all I have paid to watch amateur boxing before.

Yes, on TV. Because you said "There's a lot of televised amateur boxing". This one isn't on any channel you can just access (though there will probably be a moody stream somewhere for the really desperate).
Two of my mates have done White Collar. I paid for both (once on a ringside table, once standing with the plebs) and a great day / night out it is. It also benefits charity rather than a pair of blagging vloggers and the greediest promoter in town (and I wouldn't want to see any of the White Collar bouts on telly).

Sigh, no offence to you or anyone else mate but do some research on this. These aren’t two random unsuitable idiots from YouTube they are two men who have dedicated their lives to boxing and training for nearly 2 years, just because your 12 year old isn’t overly interested doesn’t mean a whole lot of other younger people aren’t, a friend of mine works in combat sports and the uptake of participation from young people up to the age of 25 has been remarkable.
I get a lot of the older generations may not get this and think it’s a farce, but if you open your eyes and do your own research to make you’re own mind up you’ll realise this isn’t just some money spinning gimmick, not anymore than any other boxing fight is anyway. This categorically WILL bring a different type of audience and age range to boxing, participating and watching.
Ok, so it's probably the first PPV amateur fight. However I'm still not sure what your point is though. If you think it's nothing but a tawdry money-making spectacle designed simply to part fools and their money then fair enough (and I'd agree with you). But the fact the boxers are amateur is irrelevant.
Very special discounted price from Sky Box Office $12.95 if ordered 24 hours in advance and a WBO Super Middleweight bout on the undercard. Expected to start approx. 4:30am and repeated at 9:30am.
I know you'll be setting your alarm crodo
Well, that or drinking sherry all night with Polly and Giles.
Mrs Crodo has fallen out with Polly so we've not seen them for a few weeks.
Oh dear. What happened? Was Giles involved?
The fact the boxers are amateur is relevant to the likely quality of the bout and safety of the protagonists. There are enough people on here who wet themselves about being ripped off every time Dave Price fights or AJ / Fury pick an "easy" opponent.
