Not (IMHO) the cleverest thing to do. Really shouldn't be doing this sort of thing (assuming it's a genuine Knocky account - I rather hope it's not); brings the club down a level, and isn't funny or clever.

I think if you paid me £30K a week (or whatever he's getting) I would consider that sufficient inducement to me to forego any forays on to Instagram, no matter how much I thought my life wouldn't be complete without it.

I know this may be contentious, but I'm not entirely sure a player ought to be goading like that? Is it unprofessional?

I know from our perspective we'd love to see him posting printed out and signed pictures of his goal through every letterbox in Croydon, but for a player to be having a go I'm not entirely on board - even if they goad him in the first place.

That's exactly how I saw it. They both went into the 'tackle' in the same way... Knocky could easily have been the player to get a boot in his privates!
