I dont think that wil happen as DK will stay and see us be given the go ahead for Falmer and if he goes then I wouldn't want either of the Blooms to take over.

Next Chairman Derek Chapman??

There is no bigger critic of DK than me but I would say now is not the time for him to go he must see Falmer through if only for the credibillity that he has established. A new Chairman, unless somebody already in on the Falmer scene, would be a sitting target for the likes of Baker and LDC to attack.

Try another club to 'support'. Tottenham would suit.

Tee two main reasons/sources really. Crowds at games being at an all time Withdean low (percentage wise anyway) & also on here. In fact I hear a lot more people wanting DK out than ever wanted McGhee out.

1. The crowds are a reflection on the way that we are playing more than a reflection on the popularity of DK.
2. This site represents a minute % of the following of BHA of which there is probaly about 20 people who critisise DK, of which I am one.

But as I have said previously now is not the time for him to go as we would lose so much credibility over the Falmer application if we changed Chairmen now.

When planning perrmission is finally granted then we enter a different scenario.

I would agree that there are more wanting him out now than there was 2 years ago or 5 years ago when it would have been unthinkable to even suggest it.

In answer to your 1st point. Yeah it is to do with the way we aare playing but if you were to ask the stay away fans if they want DK in or out i'm guessing the vast majority would want him out.

You're right about the Falmer thing though, thinking about it logically, Falmer is much more important than success on the pitch at the moment and that said its probably right that he should stay in charge for the time being. (whispers : doesnt mean he's doing a good job though)

and of course the biggest issue that any of the DK out brigade cannot grasp unlike BG is that the money in the club is in the form of shares. So somebody has to buy DK out. there aren't many/any people out there prepared to do that.

I put typing finger into gear before brain and thought ROSM was having a pop at me but then read it again and realised he wasnt.

This means any prospective purchaser of the club whether it be now or when Falmer is granted or even when it is built will have to be seriously wealthy especially when you consider that we have some very seriously wealthy men on our board and invested in the club already. With no disrespect intended towards DK it would appear that he is one of the less well off these people.

as you know in business - there are a number of ways to raise funds. one is to increase share capital which means that you buy into rather than take over. Knight's own wealth may not be great but he has put a greater percentage of his own money into the club than the richer ones.

but outside of fans, investors will only invest for a return. so to move from a board of fans like we have now, to a board from a number of backgrounds, we need that asset.

We understand this, it's just a shame that certain others on here dont seem to get it.

I think to a lot of people on here buying a football club is like buying a car from a showroom and saying I like that and can afford it I will have it or if I can get the finance I will buy it.
