Why the big white back? Looks weird.

Because however hard we try, we can't seem to find a way of making numbers in any colour stand out on the stripes. The only thing I sort of like about the shirt is the back, because at least we no longer look like Everton (or Carlisle) from behind. That said, we now look like Tranmere away, circa 1972. I think a striped back, with a white circle and a blue number inside would suit best. Why don't the club ask NSC to have a competition to design the shirts I wonder? Great PR. And no chance of a Boaty McBoatface equivalent outcome, since [MENTION=6886]Bozza[/MENTION] can prevent Palace trolls signing up, a la the three quid 'socialists' who sabotaged the labour leader vote . . .

Totally dull and unimaginative. I don't know who designs, or approves the designs, for club kit (including the t shirts and casual clothes) but that whole area of merchandising is completely out of sync with a club that likes to think of itself as being forward looking and on the money. It's as if Tony Blooms grandma is their clothing design consultant!!!

If it was a sublimated sponsor "box" it wouldn't be so bad IMO (as per b&h jobs). And agree, a block containing the name/number on a striped back, would be better. Also prefer an all blue back to all white if it has to be one colour.

Essentially I was resigned to it to being the godawful teamwear fade, so it's by default better than I was anticipating, but there's little bits and bobs that still make it annoying.

7/10 in summary. Okay, but not sexy enough for me to part with £45 for it. Fingers crossed the multi year deal is over this summer and we can go back to Errea or even switch to Adidas or Under Armour. It just seems the combination of Amex's strict brand guidelines, and nike's refusal to sublimate logos onto kits unless you're Barcelona, is going to remain a frustration.

Liking the round neck and the design, where the stripes continue into the neck area, rather than just the white roundness of the last shirt.

I think the Nike Tick should be a nice blue colour instead of red.

We're Brighton after all one of the most vibrant / artistic cities in the country why don't Nike take a few chances here? The one thing we're not is middle of the road and their efforts so far have been. Ps black away kit is moving in the right direction.

But I only broke my policy of not buying a shirt with a sponsor sticker last year because, well, it was 'The Zamora Shirt'. Not again though.

However, I love the away shirt so will be digging out my club shop voucher once the window SLAMS shut.

I think that dimensions of that would be the wrong proportions. I believe there is a size limit to sponsors logos, the height of it being specific, hence a square logo would be very narrow as the height of it would be restricted. Basically the logo must be in a 'landscape' format to maximise visibility.

A square or circle can still be effective...

This is one of the most boring and unimaginative Albion shirts that they have ever offered to its fans.
It could have been so much better.

Time to rip up that contract and switch to Under Armour or Adidas. This shirt is so boring it makes the previous boring shirt look ok. Concerning the iron in logo panel, Nike Australia embed the detailed sponsor on Western Sydney Wanderers striped shirt - so they can do it.
