It shouldn't be any surprise or even seen as a snub, that McKenna would want Man U above any other club (which means us and Chelsea or anyone else who may come along), he's a lifelong fan and already worked there.
Imagine if you were a manager and you had interest from Albion, another club similar sized, say Wolves and another smaller but doing well like Muff. Which would you want?
That said, I'd be very surprised if Man U appointed him at this stage of his career, I'd suspect they'd go Poch or Tuchel and not McKenna and i think it will be perceived as very risky by Chelsea too after the Potter debacle.
Whether he comes here or not is to be seen, but I wouldn't bet any money on him going to Man U or Chelsea.
