kicking off in Eastbourne

not so long ago some poor individual was kicked and punched to death outside a shop in the Hamden park area.

It isn't. Eastbourne is positively refined compared to Brighton. I live halfway between both & go to both regularly. I also worked in both for 8'years before I retired 18 months ago.

and lived though the 40/90s there and believe me Eastbourne is going the same way
