It just could be, that no business was good business in our desperate scramble for a striker in the summer. Look at some of the money spent and now lets look at the return on these highly priced players, now they can stop believing in their own press and deliver some goals. Other than a draw at Watford, i'm not sure we would have been anywhere different with any of the strikers we failed to get.

It's a bit early to be judging those players and we've had one game since the window closed. One game and now suddenly we didn't need a striker?

We did need a striker, we tried and fate conspired against us, so we'll do our best with what we've got.

I hope not his record in the championbship this season is 4 goals in 16 games so ok but not outstanding enough for us to pay a minimum £15m as suggested in August by Neil Warnock.
