You're wrong chap, it's my business to know. Your not allowed to discriminate but also you do not need to have a reason. Call it a quirk of the law. However the licensing laws are extremely strict on all counts.

Technically anyone working in a pub can eject a customer if they have been given the authority to do so. Doesn't have to be the license owner.

You can't discriminate but you can refuse and give no reason however if challenged to why and the landlord states something that discriminates then he is wrong.

I have refused many people when asked why I stated I didn't have to invite anyone into my house, plain and simple.

People think Public House means it's for the public it's not it's still a private premises.

Not sure if Johnson was always alone, I think quite often the trips on the bike were a bit staged.
