Blaney played for Doncaster after he left us and also 1 game for Oldham I thought that it was Oldham he played for against us but it was probably Doncaster.

He didn't when he first joined Doncaster during the 05/06 season they were in League 1 and we were in the Championship. The following season he played for both Doncaster and Oldham in League 1, he was a non playing sub for Oldham in the last Withdean game of that season for Oldham, that's the closest he ever got to playing against us at Withdean.

Just looked it up, he played nine times for us in 1999/2000, including the Mansfield game.

'catly , and didn't we sign Cartwright around the same Time as Kuipers (Cartwright from Shrewsbury , Kuipers from Brizzle Rovers)? remember them both making debuts (I think) start of the second Withdean season vs Southend away?
