Six months paid leave seems a fair solution. Her viewers love her because she holds public figures to account over her actions, she obviously can't do it over covid after breaking the rules herself and in 6 months time we would hope much of the current restrictions will be much looser so she can get on with her job of holding her guests to account over the main issues of the day. She was never going to be sacked, she is too important to Sky.
