Is it down to luck that one is born in a particular country? Surely there are two things involved here. The place where one's parents are from and the place they happen to be in at the time of birth. Those involve the history of a family and the choices of the parents. Nothing lucky about that in my book.

It was lucky for you. You didn't choose for your parents to be born in England. Neither did they CHOOSE to be born there, and so on and so on.

It's basically the same level argument as a 6 year old's "They're MY toys and I don't want anyone else playing with them!"
