I might just go in and enjoy my food and drinks. Vacate at 5.15pm and run around to the North with my season ticket and join the masses!

This was going to be my suggestion. Leave at 5.29pm and wander down to the North. I’ve done it once and thought it was really good (Goldstone Restaurant)
Doors opened 2.5 hours before kickoff. Food was great and a free bar (which assumes you haven’t paid for your ticket)
Football on the TV, what’s not to like. Wine and dine in comfort and then bugger off in time for kickoff.
I’m guessing the doors open at 3pm, perfect...
We had seats on the far South side of the East and the atmosphere was non existent... I was looking over longingly for my seat in the North...
Do it.

This sounds exactly like my itinerary list I was sent earlier. Sounds a plan

Right, what would you do?

I've just won 2 1901 tickets with free drinks and 3 course dinner. I really despise corporate football but these tickets to buy are £150 each normally.

Do I leave my normal vocal seats in the back of the North, or go and try the other side?

Any other game I would give it a go but tomorrow seems too much of a big game to sit in with the corporate plastics. Help

I would, and when Newcastles third goes in, you can luz your pan seared scollops in a balsamic Vinaigrette down towards the home bench.

Why? If I'm going with my wife who won them, what's the issue?

Your slagging off of the package. This is the man who banned bottle tops and flasks, do not underestimate his wrath at the running down of the Amex’s jewel in the crown :lolol:

Silly old bat
Your wife won the tickets so let her take a friend and you slum it with the rest of us in the North stand. That way you can't moan.

You won't particularly enjoy it if you prefer atmosphere and despise corporate football (I've been many, many times as its often free when ppl give away), is there anyone you might be able to give them away to?

Pros/Cons (mine)

Pros-

View cannot be reckoned with (if its 1901 halfway line)

Cons-

I have told mute my reactions most of the time and feel like I should be in the North.

Nope, I've decided to do it. I wouldn't normally be able to afford this so I'm going to quit my moaning and try it out.
Glad you’re going - it’s great fun to try and free drinks will mean that you can over indulge to drown your sorrows or, hopefully more likely, celebrate a victory!

Dick Knight has to pay for his personal tickets at the Amex? This is a wind up, right?
