Having just watched the last few minutes, and read the subsequent comments, of Man City’s cup win against Chelsea I wonder if this will be the best time to play them? They looked absolutely knackered and no doubt suffering from their Champions League hangover. I know we have had a disappointing last few months results-wise but surely it’s time that our luck and performances change for the better.

We always play well against City but the results tend not to reflect that. So, come Thursday could this all change for the better? We’re due a good win and it would be great to upset the proverbial title chasing apple cart. Hey-ho, hopes and dreams!

This. Only time that half-bright geography teacher showed anything approaching a bit of passion, he got a mild rebuke from Pep and ended up apologising. What a f***ing loser
