Ask your self, how long has Eddie Howe been there? He is an exceptional person who has grown with the club. I think that is important.
They recently attracted a very rich owner that lives locally. Well, he owns a house on Sandbanks. Whatever, they have grown organically and have done very well. They have taken advantage of us by offering first team football to players like Elphick and Cook that could not see a path to our first team under Gus.

We, on the other hand, have an owner that has always been a Brighton fan, it's in his blood. It is our stated vision that we will bring through players from our Academy. This is long overdue. Our scouting of youth in Sussex has been woeful. I know this from personal experience. This will not be remedied overnight but we are moving in the right direction.
