To give some background he came on here to promote his site [a pay football site] someone on here then hacked it taking it offline. He then started spouting some homophobic abuse, before realizing that the internet is not as anonymous as he thought.

This is by FAR my favourite gold thread. Every now and again I pop over and give it another read. It never fails to make me chuckle.

For the Albion being ****ing brilliant, "Charlton away is going to be rubbish" takes some beating. The pictures which were taken by the Uni students just add to it - the look of pure confidence and ease before kick off of Gus Poyet, and the drawn faces on the Charlton bench even before it began... legendary.

Haven't looked in the Gold section for ages. Apart from the top two, which are tributes, there hasn't been a gold thread for many a year. NSC not as good as it used to be?

There have been plenty of contenders (my brother's thread a long time ago about having just sharted at work comes to mind, and Easy's Women Are Dirty thread), but no one bothers to move them into there.

I think perhaps NSC Gold could be signposted from The Big Board, as I also forget about its' existence for long periods of time, and there's lots of good stuff in there that probably most newer members have no awareness of.

The outcome was that he told the ex who naturally lost her shi t and beat him about the head with a nokia and chipped a tooth the friend was furious too as she wasn’t going to spill the beans seems dan didn’t reply after that and I couldn’t say when his last was

I assume it's the one where HB&B registered another account, and then from that other account said how great a guy HB&B was? The mods found out he was using the same accounts, so they were merged, which made it weird and harder to follow, but still funny.
