About a year ago, maybe more. It's not a pop-up as such but a layover.
I can't remember when it appears though - either for guests and/or in The Other Stuff.
It's on my list to get rid of though. I'll sort it this weekend.

Ah yes - I was in Other Stuff where I rarely go! Thanks for confirming that - I was worried that I might have a bit of malware on my PC.
