I'm very good with the snacks. I don't buy chocs and crisps and remove temptation.
My downfall is portion size. If ever my wife is out for the evening then I would say I'm eating a family meal by myself. I ate two bowls of spag bol that I knocked up. Worked out after that I had technically had 6 'portions'.
I beg my wife not to leave me. Not for the whole 'love' stuff. But because I'd get really fat.
I'm 6ft 4 and 14.5 stone so actually OK
I was 13 stone when I went away to Uni and was 17 stone by the end of the first year. That says it all really.
