Next Thursdays Bi Election in Hartlepool will be interesting, I think Labour will scrape in with a couple of re counts.

I think that if you're a serving Prime Minister, abiding by the rules is the best way to work and breaking all the rules is the worst.

The allowance for refurbishment is £30,000 from the public purse. All loans and payments have to be declared or else there could be accusations of bribery. It wasn't.

Thats it, people thankful for getting the jab and being able to return to some normality. What people need now is positivity, not being dragged down by this negative bollocks.

What happens in Hartlepool or local English councils I'm not really that bothered about at this stage. Think Tories will win it, if they want more poverty they will get it

Bigger concern is Scotland, if Sturgeon gets a majority its going to be very difficult to hold the UK together. Johnson's behaviour this week has strengthened the SNP further

He even tries to steal praise for the vaccination roll out from the NHS. The same NHS whom he has royally shafted over adequate pay!
Then his faithful acolytes enthusiastically spread the facile message without any purpose except to distract away from his mendacity.

If you really think this is just about wallpaper and curtains then look a little closer. It's more about who pays up front for the PM, what they can expect in return from arguably the most powerful person in the land - and whether this PM has acted illegally (again) in adding to the list of his dodgy dealings.

I've always found HMRC very flexible when it comes to rules and regulations. I'm sure most people have. No reason this flexibility shouldn't extend to her Majesty's Prime Minister.

I miss the true labour party, but I now feel the conservatives are as close to my politics as they have ever been.
I wonder if labour will ever sort itself out.

Agree, more likely a Labour hold in my view but the fact it's even possible that the Tories could win just shows how little progress Labour has made since the last GE despite getting rid of a truly awful leader.

Always worth remembering that social media obsessives are in no way representative of the UK public who generally get on with their real-world lives and the people that constantly lecture and criticize others about ignoring obvious failings and flaws in political leaders preferred to see Jeremy Corbyn in number 10 ....

A nice man just came to my door asking for my vote. I told him it would be the second time in a row, that I would favour the blue rosette. I had never voted for the conservatives prior to that and despised them.
I miss the true labour party, but I now feel the conservatives are as close to my politics as they have ever been.
I wonder if labour will ever sort itself out.
Has anyone else had any door visits yet?

The only vote in my area is for the Police Commission thingy, and I’d doubt they are out knocking doors for that, although they should be!
