Has anyone placed an order, and NOT had the 'expected time' change (AFTER paying..)

If places busier than expected, why can't they build in likely times to their menu page?

Maybe because whats shown on website is a standard/usual time?

When order comes in each restaurant then accepts order and gives estimated delivery time depending on how busy they are, distance etc etc.
