In general opinion seems to be that a line needs to be drawn in what is acceptable behaviour and what isn't and that the law is the most appropriate medium for calling a halt to trolling.

But this kid isn't even a troll, he's just a div who is shouting his mouth off in an attempt to look big. He has been reported to the authorities and his school. surely the job is done and we don't need the drama of Jaimie-ing him or blaming him for the disintegration of morals from the UK.
