I would say the quote screams the opposite to me. He shouldn't be talking about this kind of stuff before hes put in at least a season of good performances. I don’t think that’s true.

Enciso has scored two wonder goals for us in two seasons, and not really done that much else. He went against Bloom and insisted on playing in the Olympics, came back injured and has done nothing much since. I don’t think he’s shown anywhere near the development or maturity that Buenonotte, for example, has. It’s a huge season for him this season.
