In an American court...?? :lolol::lolol: fucksake .
Narcissist ....a word bandied around at ridiculous volume ...i don't think it fits here , he unearthed American bullshit , the whole war on the likes of Libya , Iraq ,Syria and Yemen has been pushed by the Rotschilds and Rokaffellers ( world bank ) clinging to power like flies to a shitty blanket , may as well delete this thread now with gumbys like you in the mix.
i stand by this ...he exposed the murders of civilians and reporters , end of.

thanks so much Gregory , really , i just thought that seeing many on here are so willing to cut people slack that more than one may support Assange's efforts to uncover the toxic culture of the military , particularly in regard to seconding strategic targets in the Middle East and the treatment , torture and depravation of basic right carried out at Guantanamo Bay, never mind , i must say i am moderately surprised.
You were wrong.

Spot on.
He's Putin's boy.
Along with Trump, Farage, Galloway & Magic Grandpa.
His revelations weirdly put Russia, Trump, Syria, Iran & China under the spotlight not one tiny bit.
He's also betrayed many working against the Taliban, Gays & hiv sufferers in Saudi & Jews in Baghdad amongst others

The Wiki Leaks team was and has done some important work regarding questions asked of those in a position of power. It wasn’t just one man who did this. The real shame is Assange conflated his person issues with a valuable platform and then hid in an embassy claiming the moral freedom of speech.

Exactly.

Ian Hislop has a few stories about him.

Odd that there's a hack on the Fed (allegedly), then the 'wheels of justice' turn rather quickly.... in what looks like his favour.

In the modern world, it's really depressing that many struggle with nuance.

Julian Assange was responsible for helping to uncover many many despicable things that Western Governments were responsible for and covered up.

He is also in parallel a complete twat with questionable views and behaviour and the Corbynista your enemies enemy is your friend syndrome.

Quite, and in parallel he put a lot of lives at risk too. On balance, he was a force for truth and irresponsibility at the same time.

A friend of mine is rather proud that his name is mentioned in the Wikileaks documents. Albeit as a reference to him being the baby son of the main subject.
