Dear Jack,
I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the pleasure and pride you have given me, as someone who no longer lives in the area and only gets the odd chance to drive by, in seeing your weekly record of our magnificent new stadium rise from the eye-sore that was the old part of Brighton Uni and the adjacent land.
Hi, have been reading NSC for 3 years or so now and have never registered. This time though I feel I must add my thanks to JS for all the magnificent photos you have provided us with since the begining. Thank you for a sterling job, Jack Straw you are a legend.
What more can one say, no-one using this board will ever forget your efforts and true dedication you have shown through thick and thin and sunshine, rain and worse to bring these pictures to us.
I cannot think on anything other than to say so many fabulous photographs which, without you, most of us would never ever have seen, having no access, what substantial internal parts of the stadium look like
My Friday morning ritual for the last couple of years is to wake up, make my coffee and then scour through every detail of the latest JS Amex update. Now I can sleep in for a little bit longer...
For the past 32 months, one day of the week has stood out.
Friday - Jack Straw day.
I know I won't be the only person to think that the JSAECSW has become an institution.
There's probably a few people that think after all this time, you should also be in one.
Fridays will never be the same.
No more biting fingernails waiting for lunchtime to come along.
No more salivating at what we are about to receive.
Hell, Kleenex may even see their profits taking a massive drop.
Graeme, I salute your dedication, photography skills and also your ladder (without whom we would have had a lot more photos of blue hoardings).
It has been a pleasure seeing you around the site perimeter.
PS are going to be scattering a few more seeds where the fresh earth was put along the top of the cliff?
I too would like to thank you very much for your efforts, being someone who lives far away your posts have been my connection to the ground we all fought for.
Truly thank you from the bottom of my heart, and if your ever in york i am sure i may be able to provide you with a pint or two.
