Good man Jack. I wonder if that top field will ever be a car park. Can't help but think it will.

Interesting you say that. One of the guys that looks after you at the presentation and takes you to the viewing area etc.. was asked about the field. He said he thought that field and another one ( didn't say where) would be something to do with the ground within the next couple of years. All pure speculation and at the end of the day what does he know but it would make a handy car park. I wonder if any locals will try to cash in and offer match day parking?

I don't want to slate him too much because he was a nice bloke, but I heard that guy talking to someone else at our presentation and he was coming out with some right dodgy info, I can't remember specifics but remember thinking at the time he was contradicting things we've had confirmed as true on here.

As for the adjacent fields - south of village way is within the South Downs nationl park boundary and will never be built on. The square of land by the coach park is owned by the church and will never be sold to us.
