Think that’s about right plus a 12 month further option perhaps?

If it was 1 year - that wouldn’t be a new contract as they had the extension option already. One tweet mentions 2 years but I can’t find any good source for that.

Unlikely - I think his hand was forced for a year but probably wants regular first team football that he isn‘t going to get with us.
Good news but wierd they seem to have deliberately left the length of contract off the press release.
