Pork pie land.
****ing Pussy Potter does not bring him on again. We all know that Welbeck has lost whatever it was he may have had. Probably in past due to Potter and his muppets.

Brighton & Hove Albion have confirmed that striker Jose Izquierdo is being released when his contract expires at the end of June.

The 28-year-old striker joined Albion in 2017 from Club Brugge in Belgium.

He went on to play an important part in helping establish Albion in the Premier League, making 54 appearances and scoring five goals in his first two seasons with the club.

His last two years have been badly affected by a serious knee injury he sustained in 2018, but he worked his way back to fitness and made an appearance off the bench in April against Sheffield United.

Technical director Dan Ashworth said, “Jose has been unfortunate with injury over the last couple of years, but he played a key role in helping the club establish itself in the Premier League and he has always been a positive presence around the squad.

“We wish him all the best for the future and thank him for his services to the club.”

Such a shame with his injuries.

Will look out for him in the future.

I wonder if he still had a chance of a new deal when Potter brought him on recently. He looked like he still had something.

Gutted - absolutely loved him at his best. Always going to happen though with the injury and lack of appearances. Best of luck and thanks Mr Left.
