You couldn't be more out of touch BG. The council are quite happy for kids/artists to express themselves on space provided. It shows creativity, gives the city an edge it lacks, and many many many people find it pleasing to the eye. It's art.

Lest we forget...it was only a few years ago that Nicklas Bendtner was on the verge for signing for Palace, arrived at Selhurst Park, took one look around and got back in his car and drove away.

I expect it's all different nowadays. Palace have received half a billion quid since then so no doubt have invested heavily in improving infrastructure and gotten around to building a Cat A academy.
