We have this well established on the right hand side of the pitch and Knockaert flourishes with someone as competent as Bruno behind him. Cannot understand the delay as it is only a matter of sending e mails or was fax if there is no problems. Could there be problems with ownership like Tevez etc from S American 3rd party ownership.

Its just the clunky system that led to clearance coming through for players from Welsh clubs. I doubt theres that kind of issue behind it
