As the drive should be a comfortable 3 hours, I'd wager they are on the coach for this one. The cost of chartering a plane for what at besst would be a 30 min time saving would be mental

With e mails fax etc it shouldnt take long if there is no problem from Belgian club. Would have expected it at least by today.

The international clearance is only about ensuring that there are no outstanding issues with either his parent association his last club or their association. I assume every thing will be above board so should be no problem just awaiting confirmation from the other parties involved.

I thought that the clearance had been granted. Just needs a visa, and he has to go to Paris for that
