Jose also plays as a support striker - so we probably no longer need a "Better Baldock".

It's a significant debate point whether we need another Murray / Hemed or not - to fit one into the squad now requires Skalak or Murphy or Hemed to move on.

Also there is the complication of maybe needing another CM after Kayal broke.

Leaves us with Knockaert, Izquierdo, March, Murphy as our 4 wingers with Brown and Baldock who can also play wing.

I'd hold off on Skalak until a striker is singed, kaz is gone but we knew that anyway.

I'm liking someone else's theory that a better Baldock is too expensive so it's time to be creative with a winger.
As all of ours have previously failed in that role, the club might be thinking this guy can play inside instead.
