Sums up the whole affair nicely.

WRT the thread question, it's a hard NO from me, with no need to expand on the excellent reasoning given by @hans kraay fan club above.

It would be hilarious (and further evidence that he's a massive dickhead) if he ends up playing for Beheaddie, which I think is pretty likely. :nono:

Not sure if it has been mentioned yet but Lallana and Henderson are apparently best mates off the pitch, so there could be some lobbying going on.
Henderson the player, even now, would improve our squad. He has huge experience at the top level, played loads in Europe and has won stuff. He's also a leader on the pitch and it's a position where we do need cover NOW, it would be a mistake to wait until summer IMO.

However he now comes with way too much baggage, and considering what the baggage is about it probably makes our club the least likely destination in the EPL (well actually that's probably Newcastle, ManU & Everton).

It's a no from me but I could see the club discussing it.

If I was a betting man I could see him going to Villa or West Ham.

"He's immaculate in everything he does.

"From the the minute he walks into the football club to the minute he leaves - and he's normally the first and last one in those instances - he is an example to all of us in his behaviours.

"It allows me to speak to the young players in the building and say 'this is what elite behaviours look like, I've witnessed it from a player who's captained his country at the highest level'.

"It does benefit you as a coach because you get to see what elite looks like and he is the ultimate players' player in that regard."

Then he threw his supposed morals in the nappy bin to play in a shit league.
Telling hilarious lies about his reasons.
Putting pressure on the England manager to do the same.

I can see a potential PROBLEM here. What happens if model pro Milner AND model pro Henderson BOTH insist on being the first in, and the last out. It could end in deadlock, with both MODEL PROS refusing to leave the training ground, each waiting for the other to do so. Throw Calde into the mix too, and it'll be insurmountable.

Trouble lies down that path, I'm afraid.

It’s sad that he had to go to realise what an error of judgement it was to go in the first place. Money doesn’t buy you happiness. Especially when you’re uber-rich already.

As to the question posed by the OP, it’s not for me to answer. Only RDZ knows the answer. If he wants him, I’m cool with it.

I can see the punter's logic here. Lallana and Milner went there, why not get the band back together? But that only makes sense if you completely ignore everything else not least wages and the Albion's relationship with the LGBTQ community in Brighton.

If you want to throw you money away, by all means, have at it.

I wouldn't read too much into it to be honest. It isn't going to take much to shift a market like that.

Also the activity in the window has been pretty sparse to date so I'm sure BF are just trying to generate a bit of interest during a quiet period...which has obviously worked as he's now 5s 3rd fav to join us. Chelsea 4s. Ajax 5/2.
