I read it as The UK is 6pm Tuesday due to Bank Holiday but Europe is midnight Monday.

As others have said the drugs didn't help his football. He was just spectacularly gifted, a joy to watch and the greatest footballer of all time until Messi came along.

He did go through drug tests. He tested positive for cocaine and was banned for over a year.

Plenty of players have had alcohol problems. Does that make them cheats?

You said he took stimulants to play football. He was taking stimulants to have a good time. If anything they would have harmed his ability.
