You've got to feel for the lad, was probably going off advice given to him when signing an agreement with the investment group but now his career could be severely restricted as the group who own a percentage stake in him will try and hold all potential suitors to ransom.

I think hes entirely owned by the one group now who hold his career in their hands
Wasn't sure if that deal had gone through or not, but the only reason the group have bought him is to try and make as much money as possible. My take on it is Inter were willing to offer a good deal but the 'investment group' were taking the piss due to the size of the club. It's a decision which he will probably regret for the rest of his career unless someone agrees to pay the extortionate transfer fee.
Pretty sure it has. Certainly seen suggestions that Boca have pocketed their dosh already.
Really leaves a bad taste how it messes with a players career

Yes that what it looks like to me. So whilst FIFA looks in on itself this sort of crap can go on unchecked.
Awful for the player and totally wrong. I wonder if Mendes (and Kenyon) have anything to do with this deal.....

Hearing Fishersgate Flyers will be sending him on loan to Bevendean Barcelona.
This is what I have surmised from this record thread so far.
1. Calleri has left Boca Juniors, sold to an investment company for 11 million dollars.
2. Calleri is now registered to Deportivo Maldonado of Uruaguay but will never play for them.
3. Calleri is owned (either partly or fully) by the Stellar Group with whom Graham Shear has an involvement.

4. Calleri Snr wants to see his son play in Italy as the Calleri clan are ethnically Italian - Calleri Snr does not care which team in Italy his son goes to, he just wants to return to the country of his blood.
5. Calleri Snr is also keen on a 6 month loan move to Brazil, either Atlético Mineiro or São Paulo. Calleri Jnr would then be shifted to Italy in the summer.
6. It seems like Calleri Jnr is not getting much of a look in when it comes to deciding his future.
I am hoping our recruitment team are able to convince the Stellar group that we are a good team to get Calleri to the Premier League. I fully anticipate this one to go on till the close of the transfer window but I hope we still have a chance. There is so much money in the Premier League - that's where the investment company want Calleri, we could well be a stepping stone. He has also been linked with ****ing Palermo, the mafia connection is intriguing.
