This got me thinking, a feat in itself but my sister needed a heart operation and to put our minds at rest we were told don't worry she's in good hands Dr Murray is the top heart specialist in the country! Before the nurse left I couldn't resist asking him who was bottom ? And what were his XG stats, the reply was a puzzled look and a mumble.

Anyway back to the joke, I don't get it.

Anyway back to the joke, I don't get it.

My wife had to have a brain tumour removed a few years back (made a full recovery), but this reminded me that we were told the surgeon was really good and a "perfectionist". I thought " well, shouldn't they all be? Who wants the guy who isn't a perfectionist?" Didn't say anything as by then the op had been cancelled four times and I was having a bit of a sense of humour failure.........
