What waffling nonsense.

The Cabinet Office Briefing Rooms (COBR) are meeting rooms in the Cabinet Office in London. These rooms are used for committees which co-ordinate the actions of government bodies in response to national or regional crisis, or during overseas events with major implications for the UK. It is popularly referred to as COBRA.

He's the prime minister of the UK ffs. He missed 5!

I am well aware of what these meetings are -your ramblings here are neither necessary nor relevant. And furthermore you accuse me of waffle! My point was that to accuse him of missing the meetings is only relevant if you know exactly what the agenda was, and whether it was necessary for him to attend. Does every PM attend every one? But then that wouldn't fit the agenda would it? And from your reply it is quite clear that you did not know any more than I did about the ins and outs, so it is proably best not to get involved and accuse him of something you know next to nothing about.

It's worth pointing out this is Johnson's fifth holiday of the year.

Worst PM ever.

I had a bloke like that working in my research laboratory, once. Two skiing holidays before March. His missus left him after he was caught txt flirting with a ski bunny. No political ambitions, fortunately.

The only good thing to take from this dreadful exam fiasco is that these students are future voters. They’ll remember this and will hopefully consign the Tories to the opposition benches for many years if not history.

Johnson and his party are an absolute disgrace.

And no, he should not be going on holiday. He’s laughing at us all. He’s a charlatan and not fit for office.

They will indeed. Fantastic results, the best ever, and no revision or any sort of exam cramming needed. The algorithm was not perfect, quite evidently, but at least it was an attempt to slow down grade inflation, which has accelerated to record proportions this year. Are we doing the kids a favour? Yes, everyone is happy; parents, pupils and school managements, but will a Year 11 student who has inflated grades really cope with a more rigorous academic A Level course?

No, everyone is not happy clappy because of the disorganised chaos, and U turn, many students lost their university places.

Year 11 pupils took mocks, so teachers based results on those exams as well as course work.

An average of 12.66 posts per day for 11 years. Phew!! ... I think you deserve a holiday!
