I was listening to Richard Bacon's interview with Johnny Marr, earlier. I'm no Smith's fan, even though they were 'the band' of my age group, but JM came across really well. He was particularly interesting when talking about his part in 'How Soon Is Now'.

But as said, I'm not a fan and my train of thought went as the thread title, because I seriously had the hots for the girl in this video:-

The one on the right

JM is my hero. Ordered his new album - his first solo record in 10 years - yesterday.

Met him once, at Warwick services, of all places. One of the very few times I've been properly starstruck.

I had the same thoughts about Tracey Young who sang with the Style Council a couple of times.

Ah yes the Smiths, the group who played recently in Argentina wearing the Falklands belong to Argentina t shirts. Even the lefty Guardian reported it.
A traitorous band with Morrissey always running down our country.
Falkland Islands belong to you, Morrissey tells Argentinian fans | UK news | The Guardian

Irish blood, English heart
This I'm made of
There is no one on earth I'm afraid of
And no regime can buy or sell me

I've been dreaming of a time when
To be English is not to be baneful
To be standing by the flag, not feeling shameful
Racist or racial

Irish blood, English heart
This I'm made of
There is no one on earth I'm afraid of
And I will die with both of my hands untied

I've been dreaming of a time when
The English are sick to death
Of Labour, and Tories
And spit upon the name Oliver Cromwell
And denounce this royal line that still salute him
And will salute him
FOREVER...

He's a paradox, living in a celibate body. But we still love him.

Please don't ignore me. Here's one for you
Ok, just this once, for a nice comedic touch.
Even though posting Electronic over there :spit: and not here is pretty much unforgivable.
