John Terry again.

Sorry if fixtures.

According to BBC Sports News, Albion are not now pursuing him because of his wage demands.

However, he is talking to B'muff about a £100k a week wage.

Hopefully the last match of the season will be Spurs vs Bournemouth and Terry will score an OG that will deny Chelsea the title....

He's probably played more games for them than anyone else ever hasn't he? Or after many years of decent service, did they manage to get him onto a crap contract for his last year?

I'm pretty sure there was a lot of talk last summer that he wouldn't be offered anything - and he didn't come to a deal until after Conte took charge. So you would imagine at that stage they gave him a substantially lower basic salary with bonuses based on performances, as they didn't expect him to feature much.

I would be concerned to see Hughton go after Terry.

Terry is way to dominant a personality - yes he would bring badly needed experience but he would dominate the dressing room when you want older players like this to bring experience to the squad by bringing the younger and inexperienced players along - not intimidating them.

Someone more suitable at that position might be the likes of John O'Shea would would be a role model for the younger players without the dominant personality (and would still be able to do a good job in the PL).

JT is currently 10s with Hills to join Birmingham next.

Arry has confirmed to the local rag he is interested and the Birmingham owners are stupid with deep pockets. They are also playing to his ego with talk of offering him the managers job when Arrys knee packs up when Brum go 6 without a win.

Worth a few quid you can afford to lose.
