Do you Believe we have the right coaching staff?

Oooh, that's quite a loaded question. It depends on how you define 'right coaching staff'. Right for what?

75% of the coaching staff who did such a fantastic job in saving us from relegation were part of the set-up who got us in the pickle in the first place, so I believe it's largely down to who is head of the coaching staff, and how he gets his coaching team to work together.

Insofar as I trust Russell Slade to do what he feels is necessary to get the job done, and I am told that him and Bob Booker get on like a house on fire, and that Dean White is very highly thought of at the club, I certainly don't think we have the wrong coaching staff.

As for Tony Godden, he was the one who made the call on John Sullivan. But one way on how you judge a goalkeeping coach is usually evident in how the goalkeeper himself performs in the match, not necessarily on who that goalkeeper is.

So basically you dont know

Although im with you on this, its a hard call to make and the staff at the time where the ones who made it.

IMO he will have a fair chance of doing quite well, but hes never going to be a top end championship player ( which alot people think we will be in a couple of years! )
So with so many people expecting us to reach those heights would he of a) done a job? b) been given the chances? c) would he of wanted to stay and play back up for another keeper?
