Its tempting, but I happen to live in a rather nice village in Kent rather than south Norwood and while a life by the sea would be pleasant I dont think the shocking green of your shirts would match my eyes very well. Added to that I would have to learn a whole new song and turn my back on 30 years of support of the Palace, then there is the question of whether I would rather be a Pikey chav or a bummer ..... no I'll stick with the eagles thanks :)

Ah at least you're not suffering the inner city deprivation that many of your fans have to put up with although Kent is an inferior county to Sussex. And its a popular misconception in some quarters though, that all brighton fans are gay when its blatantly obvious this could not be true because we would have run out of fans generations ago. Judging by attendance figures recently, data would suggest that palace fans are the ones producing less children these days with attendances being in sharp decline. Have to agree about the away kit, although i do really like it, its a tad bright. All in all i would say that although you could never admit it, you actually LOVE BHAFC a little bit these days and who could blame you, their brand of attacking, stylish football is a joy to behold and i forsee many other palace converts joining our ranks in the future :)

I can't see why Sky employ him, what does he brings to the party as a reporter?
On a separate note I would find it a bit irritating to be sat with the camera "gantry" right in front of me. :moo:

I have to say Salako is an intelligent guy, a rare breed amognst ex professional footballers. He makes a good commentator/pundit. I mean just look at people like Shearer, now how did HE ever get a job in punditry? Clearly NOT because he can offer valuable insights into a game of footie, rather that he just happens to be very famous. Mersons none too bright either but is at least very likeable and has a personality unlike Shearer
