Never seen an IKEA with another store next to it

The problem with big retail now is it is cheaper for John Lewis to build something new from scratch than take on an pre-existing building.

Horsham, Chichester, Haywards Heath all prove this

Boots staying put too - good, i like that store and it's handy to pick up bits when i'm in town or going on holiday.

Haywards Heath same but Waitrose

If the Churchill Square expansion goes ahead, they're looking to move into there.

That makes much more sense.

Where were Boots going if JL were going there and what has happened to BHS, is it empty and if so how about JL going there?

I thought Zara was moving to the old BHS store
