John Akinde...worth a look?

Liked - or rather didn't like - the way that he was keeping Ankergren and El Abd occupied at the far post, so someone else could meet the pretty decent corners that were being pinged in from Green. They certainly play to their strengths, the Daggers.

It looked to me more like Casper was trying to win free kicks, every time he would run into Akinde whether the flight of the ball was taking him in that direction or not.


I thought Akinde was great in the match, he was too much for El Abd and Elphick to handle at times. But I think one great game isn't a reason to sign someone, and it seems like every week we get a "X looked good against us, should we sign him?" thread.
