Definitely not one of psv's better players. And I think only the best from their team would improve us.

I have been wrong a bit recently though ;)
Recently is a bit of an exaggeration Dwayne 😜

Amazing stats at first glance, but is that really saying a great deal when you look at the standard of most of the opposition in the Eredivsie?
Absolutely fair point. The standard really is quite poor. I used to watch the Belgium Jupiler league last season on Mola TV and have been to a few games over there and in Holland in the 12 months and think it is stronger than Eredivsie.

I watched PSV v Ajax a few months ago when we were on hols in Mexico. PSV won 5-2. The defending (by both sides) was lamentable. I’m sure there are some excellent players in the Eredivisie, and I obviously only watched one match - but likewise I’d be wary about the standard of the opposition generally.

Hands up everyone who though the OP mispelled Joel Veltman.

FWIW, he's currently BY FAR the highest rated Eredivisie player on Sofascore, with an average 8.29, trailed by Luuk de Jong on 7.87 and Johan Bakayoko on 7.74.

(For context, in the PL Rodri is top with 7.92 average - the highest Albion player is of course Grobb, with 7.58)
