Interesting that Potter calls Veltman "right back". Guessing that will be his main position then and that he is seen as the replacement for Montoya.

In his interview on the club site, he says himself he plays right back and can play centre back as well.

Ye dont get me wrong, it was widely acknowledged he can play RB but he has played CB more in his career. I only found Potters wording remarkable because it shows the club is primarly intending to use him for that position more so than a versatile defender-backup.

You probably know more than myself in terms of Veltman, as had never previously heard of him.

Thought he was the best of the 4. Van Dick was playing at 75% to avoid injury, Ake well was just Ake didn't look very good
