Busy times!
JOE STRUMMER and JOHN PEEL REMEMBRANCE SUNDAY
is now less than a week away......
Needless to say, when I heard about John Peel’s sad passing I immediately dedicated the gig to him too. It's in a very good cause with all profits going to the Strummerville charity set up by Joe’s family to help music minded kids from disadvantaged backgrounds to realise their dreams. A cause Peelie would no doubt approve of too. The first one, last November, raised £2, 140.
