If only in effect there is no pay rise since the starting grade is the same as my current grade.

doh, shame there seems a lot of jobs like that grade system,The wife works for the council and there all on that system.....I cant figure it out.....Me fit carpet....you pay me....thats how i work,its simple and i like it CASH :D

Not camden is it ?

She recently had to re-apply for the same job because the job discription / title had changed ! It was ring fenced !! kinda seems like a waste of time and money if you ask me.

No Eastbourne but is part of a re-structure.

If you live at Sovereign Harbour they'll assume you own a yacht and can afford a higher council tax band. :lol:

we can just about afford the rent on the flat, dont think we will be getting a yacht just yet!

Working in the field that I do, all I can say is the the harbour is very overpriced when you considered the number of benefit claimants that live there.
