That's not true. The new rules are that we can lose £39 over 3 seasons, so if we were to go up, it basically wouldn't matter how much we spent in season number 1. This also matches the fact the the club were clearly prepared to pay around £8m for Pratchard. And that was before we were sitting 2nd a well clear of 3rd.
