jfc to start v wolves

Very easy Murphy wide right, Crofts and Stephens in the central role with Kayal drifting out wide left as he did most of the game yesterday. This allows either of the 3 to swop right or left and just leave Murphy as the wide man either right or left.

You want our best player so far this season - someone who has excelled playing box to box through the middle - to be moved to the left?

When will we see Towell - I thought he was available from Jan 1st? I presume he's been training with the Squad, so he could be match fit and may be on the bench at least - probably be in the team for the Cup game though

The transfer window doesn't open until Jan 2nd as the 1st is a Bank Holiday. Thanks Sky for moving our game!

If you mean Stephens leave him where he is or allow him to drift right if you mean Kayal where did he spend most of the game against Ipswich? Out wide left midfield with Crofts occupying the centre

I must have been watching a different game last night !!

Kayal played alongside Stephens with Crofts sitting behind them, La Parra on the right, Murphy on the left.

At no stage did Kayal play on the left, when Wilson came on he moved to the right and La Parra on the left.

My brother and I both remarked on how long he spent near the East Stand when attacking in the first half as if trying to cover a very imeffective Calderon who was getting torn to shreds by Sears and trying to push Murphy forward.

re: Wolves ...
Both Baldock and Lua Lua were due to have been back in full training last Monday. (Dec 21st)
http://www.theargus.co.uk/sport/14144967.Albion_boss_ponders_move_for_winger/

although Hughton said at the time (Dec 14th) that he didn't think they'd be back for the "festive programme".
Presumably Andy Naylor meant Wolves in that.

Sure I read it's now the Hull away cup game, but also heard a strange rumour that lua lua pulled up in training just before the Brentford game and is out for the season, but CH announced the Hull cup game after this rumour so taking it as bs.

I sit in the east stand and no way was Kayal drifting to the left for the entirety of the half ....and I'll go back to your original post of 442 accommodating Kayal Crofts and Stephens ...unlikely imho

I watched the same game as you.
