I am/was a firm remainer. Brexit has already hit my personal finances quite significantly, more than any other individual that I know. No doubt there are others in the same or worse position than me.

As for stopping Brexit now? Boxxocks to that. The UK is currently a basket case, cannot move forwards without moving backwards in the same moment. To go back to the EU would entail the use of a begging bowl, not a pretty sight. The UK should leave as quickly as possible, deal or no deal. It is the only way to escape the ridiculous situation that exists right now.

I personally think the UK will be worse off outside of the EU, I hope I am wrong for the sake of friends and family.

There is just a little bit of me that wants those who voted to leave to see their life impacted in the same way that I have been. Selfish I know.

We can unilaterally revoke A50 and will remain on the same terms, so no begging bowl required. As for your last paragraph, I’m the same: When I hear news of Brexit related job losses at a company/factory in a strong leave area, I do enjoy a slight sense of karma.

As a later poster suggested it willl also be interested in seeing any list of anything indesputably antisemitic that Corbyn has said or done. As one of the leading anti racists of his generation he wont have. And by antisemitic I dont mean the IHRA definition , which as the man who originally wrote it Kenneth Stern argued that his original definition had been used for an entirely different purpose to that for which it had been designed. According to Stern it had originally been designed as a ”working definition” for the purpose of trying to standardise data collection about the incidence of antisemitic hate crime in different countries. It had never been intended that it be used as legal or regulatory device to curb academic or political free speech

Chris Williams like Corbyn is a commited anti racist.. He said nothing anti semitic. The right wing of the party have it in for him as he was going around country trying to get existing right wing MPs deselected.
